Community Health Program
This innovative program provides more appropriate healthcare resources support for residents who routinely call 9-1-1 with non-emergency needs. In the first year of the program, call volume from system abusers has dropped by more than 65% which saves money, helps patients and reserves emergency resources for those who need it most.
